I got up early in the morning and went for a jog in Victoria Park, and then went to Tin Hou's "Caffe Kenon" for breakfast. I checked the information on the Internet before and found out that the store opens at 9am, so I came here early to help. Entering from the side door of Sailing Street, the restaurant is small in size, with only about 14 seats. The decoration is simple, with light wood as the main color, and small furnishings on the wall shelves. The environment is quiet and elegant, giving people a sense of comfort and tranquility. Each of us chose the breakfast item on the left, fried fish fillet with tartar sauce, fried tomatoes, salad, toast and double eggs + frozen lemon tea ($58). The fish fillet was fried to order and served immediately. It is golden brown, the fish meat is of moderate thickness, with distinct texture, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Turn the toast to the left to make croissants (+$10). The croissants are crispy and soft, and the aroma of butter fills your mouth. It’s just right. For the double eggs, you can choose from fried eggs, scrambled eggs or fried eggs. I usually eat a lot of fried eggs, so I will try the fried eggs this time. The eggs were fried perfectly. Although the egg whites were completely solidified, the yolks were still a little moist and had a delicious eggy aroma in your mouth. In addition, the Deluxe All Day Breakfast ($168) is not too bad. Check out the portion size. It includes scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes, baked beans, bacon, sausage, salad, toast and hash browns, and a side bag. Two drinks, Italian foam coffee and orange juice, are quite rich and should be enough for two people to share. Butter and jam are already placed on the table, so you can spread them on your own toast and enjoy. The sausage is not too salty; the bacon is thick enough and rich in smoky flavor; the hash browns are fried until they are crispy, golden brown and very attractive, and the potato meat is delicious in your mouth. The quality of the Italian foam coffee is also top-notch, with beautiful latte patterns, fine and dense foam, and a strong and fragrant coffee flavor, full of sincerity.
