If i can pick 0 star on this i would. The food is raw. When i cut the chicken into it, the juices are red and have a pinkish colour, i told the staff about it and she told me it is normal as it is fully cooked. (!?) anyway i asked her to cook longer for me, but it still have a pinkish colour on other part. For properly cooked chicken, if you cut into it and the juices run clear, then the chicken is fully cooked. IT’S NOT WHAT SHE SAID. It's like she doubted if I've ever eaten chicken in my life. What kind of catering service is this? Would not recommend for anyone. Bad service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HKD 100–150 Food: 1 Service: 1

Passing by Cafe Milano in Tseung Kwan O Center on Wednesday, I saw an advertisement at the door: On Wednesday, you can buy a piece of cake with an additional $18 for any cup of coffee. My friend and I ordered a cup of Small Americano, a cup of Small Mocha and a cup of Small Latte plus two pieces of cake. We were charged $184 for the fruit (73x2+38), which was about $40 more. When I asked the staff why it was calculated like this, she said we had already ordered it. Two coffee and cake combo and a cup of Mocha, not Wednesday Special. We thought it was too unreasonable, but the staff insisted that we clicked the wrong combo and refused to change the order. I don’t want to say more, I paid the money, but it was unreasonable and I will not patronize it again in the future. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Common quality of pasta, soup & coffee, lack of flexibility on food request & staffs Chit-chat loudly in front of guests, all combining together this restaurant is overpricing & quality not up to standard.
