I stumbled upon Caligari in Central after a movie, and it’s become my new go-to for Japanese curry. This award-winning spot from Tokyo really knows their stuff! I tried the pork cutlet with coconut curry, and the contrast between the crispy crust and the smooth, aromatic sauce was spot on. The fried shrimp with Yamato curry was also a total winner—so rich and flavorful. It’s seriously good comfort food that hits the spot every single time. Definitely worth a visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: HK$100–150

Waited for 35min and what was supposed to be fast food was still not ready. Asked waiter how long we should wait further. The response was there are more people before you who are still waiting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch
