I must confess that my only experience with Camp Caribbean is with the food truck near the promenade between One Fullerton and Marina Bay Sands. The music is what initially got my attention and made me wander over to see what they had to offer. I'm so glad I did. Everything on the menu looked great, but on the recommendation of the cook, I ordered the Jerk Chicken Tacos. They were so good that I returned the next evening for more! The truck obviously has a following, because folks were knowingly ordering lots of different items from the menu, which shows you how good and reasonably priced the food is. The cook couldn't have been nicer; chatted with everyone and worked fast and efficiently so that the wait wasn't long. There was a steady stream of customers both evenings I went, including in the pouring rain! I wondered if the truck would still be in its space after raining for almost 2 hours, but yes, it was there. And another great Caribbean meal was had. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
