As a Thai person living in Hong Kong, I know how difficult it can be to find an authentic Krapao like the ones I am used to having in Thailand. So I was absolutely delighted to discover Camp Krapao, located in BaseHall. I have visited Camp Krapao several times and have also ordered online via Deliveroo, and I can confidently say that they never disappoint. The taste of the food is authentically delicious. I highly recommend the beef Krapao, topped with a juicy fried egg and served with a side of fish sauce and chili - exactly how I used to have it while living in Thailand. Another great dish that is more difficult to find in Thai restaurants here is the Tom Yum Noodle dish. I had the one with pork, and it was fresh, with just the right amount of spice and served with all the fixings (half-boiled eggs, fried wonton skins), absolutely delicious. I've eaten a lot of Krapao in Hong Kong, and by far, Camp Krapao is the most delicious and authentic. I'm so glad to have a taste of home here! If you're craving authentic Thai food, Camp Krapao is a must-visit.
