Somehow when I entered this outlet seemed questionable. Something was a miss. As you enter at one side you see stock kept piles up. The space doesn't looks kept well. Staff is busy in mobile. The take away was pathetic, just tomatoe sauce. I will suggest to avoid this. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Baked Chicken Lasagna

Order#5-25092025094134 Delivery service and customer service at this outlet is mediocre. Ordered on 25 Sep and stated to knock on door upon arrival. And delivery time is suppose to be 6.15pm - 6.45pm. Waited till 7.18pm still no one knock on door and not even a call if no one answer to door. My question to Canadian Pizza is: if your rider don't need to call if no one answer to door, then why take our contact number for? Food was basically hung at the door and the person that pickup my call had the bloody proud tone to ask me open door and see outside. Come on leh, this is not how you do business. Lousy attitude!! Grab delivery would call if no one open door. Don't act like you guys are sending parcel, leave at door, take photo then run away. Oh my gosh! Please improve on your service standard! Have been ordering pizzas here for the past 2 years since I've moved to live around this region. But this particular outlet has the worst quality pizzas consistently. Not cooked properly, it's not even cut properly! I like Canadian 2 for 1 pizzas but the pizzas from this place are horrible. If you're living around sengkang/punggol avoid making orders since it would come from this outlet so that you will not be disappointed.
