One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had at a pizza outlet. From the moment I walked in, staff seemed unapproachableand unwilling to help. The overall appearance of the store and staff didn’t inspire confidence either. It looked like hygiene standards were not a priority, which is worrying when you’re serving food. I asked about getting a fresh slice, but there was no attempt to accommodate the request or even offer an explanation. The whole interaction felt dismissive. Honestly, a pizza place should be about fresh food, clean conditions, and friendly service. Unfortunately, this visit delivered none of that. I left without ordering because I simply didn’t feel comfortable spending my money there. Not recommended at all ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly the worst pizza in the market. Ordered a regular full meat stated UP 50$ but discounted 50%. The pizza was delivered and I saw the thinnest pizza for full meat ingredients. It was cold, hard and lousy. Do not bother with this company. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
