Amazing innovative Cantonese cuisine. Interesting names of dishes and drinks infused with new techniques. Salty chicken was so delicious with very cripsy skin. Steamed minced pork was so juicy and tender with different layers of taste. Smoky whiskey was served with smoke. Prices was so reasonable. It could be 30% higher if the same standard offered by other good quality restaurants. Will definitely go back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$250–300 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Amazing contemporary Cantonese dishes with a variety of flavors and textures! I especially enjoyed the crispy truffle fried rice and the scallion chicken which had this delicious caramelized scallion under the tender crispy skin chicken, absolutely mind blown! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
