情報の誤りを報告する
A real disappointing lunch experience at Canton Paradise ARC this afternoon. Service was slow with no order taker to serve for more than 30 minutes, e-fu noodles were not stewed to its level of softness, only 2 pcs of egg tarts were available (our order was 6pcs). Worst of all is that I have left my original keep-cup on the table when I left. Called the restaurant within 30 mins for more than 12 times with no one answering. Received a callback from restaurant after 50 mins and was told they threw it away thinking it’s a disposable coffee bean cup to be thrown away. Only apology was given with no compensation. The cup was a gift from my previous workplace.
