The view is fantastic — definitely try to go before sunset for the best experience. If the weather is cloudy or rainy, though, you can probably skip it as the view is really the main attraction. I’d recommend coming for drinks rather than dinner. We were a group of three and ordered both local and international dishes, but overall the food was very average and quite disappointing. The service was pleasant, although at a venue like this, it would have been a nice touch to have the wine poured at the table instead of leaving the bottle. That said, it’s an excellent spot for photos, and the prices are actually reasonable considering the view. Just don’t come expecting too much from the food. Cape Rock Cuisine is all about the setting. Came here around sunset and the view alone makes it worth it, calm sea, golden light, and a relaxed pace. The food was fresh and well done, especially the seafood, paired nicely with a drink as the sun went down. Unhurried, scenic, and quietly impressive. A great spot to slow down and just take it in.
