I don’t understand the negative reviews about this place. It’s not noisy at all — I slept very well and the street is quiet at night. The room was clean, I had hot water with no issues, and I also had a balcony, which I paid for. Some guests complain about noise or rooms without windows, but room type depends on your budget. For the price, this place offers very good value. Some reviews feel exaggerated! if you expect a 5-star experience, book a 5-star hotel. If you want to save money, this hotel is clean, in a great location, and the owner is very kind and welcoming

Avoid this place. The hotel is still under renovation and smells like a construction site. The room had no window, was dark and cramped, and there is no elevator. There was no toilet paper and no reception staff at any time. The noise was constant. I woke up several times during the night, even because of the bed which was making noise everytime I moved. Not worth the price at all. There are much better options for less money.

Very good room and clean. Super fast services if is any problem. 3 minutes to Chinatown. Supermarket in 2 minutes.
