Typical Black Sheep - over rated, over priced & relying on a reputation they are losing quickly. Went for the black series set menu. Forced to share every course and portions too big. The must have higher profits that way. All the food tasted greasy and service was way below average from where you would expect it to be. Avoid black sheep.

**Carbone Hong Kong — unforgettable birthday dinner** Carbone delivered one of the best dinners we've had in Hong Kong. Booked for my birthday and from start to finish it was exactly the kind of evening you hope for — generous, theatrical, and seriously good food. The **vodka pasta** is everything it's hyped up to be. Silky, perfectly balanced, that signature pink sauce with just enough kick. Genuinely one of the best plates of pasta I've eaten anywhere — worth the trip on its own. The **veal** was every bit as good — beautifully cooked, properly seasoned, the kind of main course that earns its place on a menu like this. Every dish that came out felt considered and confident. What turned the evening into something I won't forget was the staff. When they brought the dessert out, the whole team gathered round and **sang Happy Birthday** properly — full voice, full energy, completely sincere. Not a quiet shuffle and a candle. A proper moment. The room joined in. It was brilliant. Service throughout was sharp, warm, and dialled-in to the room's energy. The whole place just buzzes. Tablecloths, tableside service, the works — but never stuffy. A perfect birthday dinner. We'll be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+
