carving tasting dinner menu! The ambiance is great, and the vibe of the resto is very chill. Looks fancy from both inside and outside. The first menu served was the wagyu tartare served with caviar on top! They served it with rice cracker, resulting in a nice balance between meat and the cracker itself. a really good combo then they served us with a dryaged salmon with salmon roe! This tastes very flavourful and surprisingly light and easy to eat! Then we got to eat the gyoza with cheese! its not super cheesy and a delightful dish to enjoy Wrapped fish! this looks and taste unique in a good way! Grilled wagyu with egg rice! No need to be described, amazing tender beef and creamy egg rice Kegani claypot rice! its a mushroom and fish rice, it s one of the best dish of the night! the fish is flavorful and not fishy, combined with the mushroom and rice really give a good balance in taste! We end it with a dessert of sweets with tofu and banana! its fresh but not too heavy, as its not a super sweet dessert! a great way to end the meal Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I saw a post asking if I would go to fine dining alone. I have always liked to eat alone, so this time I tried the ge high-end restaurant in Sheung Wan. The environment is comfortable. I think it’s suitable whether eating alone or with friends. Carving Tasting Course $688 Japanese Wagyu beef It was my first time to eat raw beef. It turned out to be quite delicious. It matched well with the caviar and rice crackers. The texture was so good and it was a pleasant surprise. Salmon Roe York Pudding There are large pieces of ge salmon roe, so plump and delicious. It is delicious when paired with the underlying ge York pudding and cheese sauce. Homemade white dumplings with large scallops White radish soaked in scallops. Super fresh and sweet. Homemade dumplings are delicious and full of ingredients. Aged Noon with Horseradish Roll The Ma You fish is grilled to a very good level and paired with the unique sauce. It’s like eating a sliced duck wrapped tightly in a pan. It’s delicious. Wagyu Mengwang Egg Seven Star Rice For the main course, choose Wagyu rice. The Wagyu beef is juicy. The meat is very tender and I stopped eating. The rice has a little sauce and an egg is added. It is delicious and very good. Dessert The final dessert is the caramelized banana pastry. The cake is like a bowl of cake, mixed with sauce and sandwiched together. That’s right. Fine dining is closely related to begging for rice. Got a number of tasting menus to choose from as well as wine pairing recommendations. The "CARVING Tasting Dinner" (priced at $688+10% pp) I had had 6 courses from appetizer to dessert. Loved the hairy crab claypot rice in particular! Service was so-so though. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
