The service was very friendly. As soon as we arrived at the entrance, two ladies welcomed us. They politely asked if we would like to take a look at the menu, which made us feel very comfortable. After we sat down, they immediately brought us the menu and introduced some drinks that were buy-one-get-one-free. However, the four of us ended up spending over 3,000 Thai baht, which, honestly speaking, felt quite expensive . Since we only had a one-hour layover, we didn’t go to the lounge. The food was actually quite suitable for Asian tastes, but the prices were definitely a bit high. Still, considering it was at the airport, we didn’t really complain. Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Worst customer service, especially for the price we paid. The staff was rude and shouted. She dropped the straw on the table instead of handing it properly, and her behavior while serving the juice was very unprofessional. Completely unacceptable service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200
