An Unforgettable Slice of Italian Heaven in Causeway Bay Tucked away in the hustle of Causeway Bay, Casa Cucina & Bar is an absolute gem. From the moment we were greeted, the vibe was warm, sophisticated, and effortlessly chic. We started with the Belu Sparkling Water and a refreshing Cranberry Juice—simple, quality beginnings. The food? A masterpiece from start to finish. The Burrata with Grape & Tomatoes was a revelation; the creamy, luxurious cheese against the sweet burst of grapes and tangy tomatoes was a flavor symphony. The Crispy Polenta was a textural dream—golden and crunchy outside, soft and comforting within. The Eggplant Caponata was a rich, savory delight, perfect for scooping with bread. For mains, the Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli was autumn on a plate—sweet, earthy filling in silky pasta. The Tomato Garlic Aglio E Olio was deceptively simple but executed with such precision and high-quality ingredients that it tasted profound. We couldn't resist the Small Margherita pizza, a classic done right with a perfect, blistered crust. Dessert sealed the deal. The Tiramisù was light, coffee-kissed perfection, and the Tofu Panna Cotta was a stroke of genius—incredibly smooth, delicately flavored, and a wonderful nod to both tradition and innovation. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the entire experience. Casa Cucina & Bar isn’t just a meal; it’s a carefully crafted journey through Italy’s flavors, right in the heart of Hong Kong. We will be back very, very soon. Highly recommended!!!
