Bought a cake from them on offer recently and it was delicious! Cake was not too jelat as i feared it would be the flavors were pretty nice and not too sweet. Staff were also friendly in answering my questions when i went to collect my cake.

Customer service is really bad. I was given a complimentary cake for my birthday month by Amex platinum reserved member rewards.
The attitude of the counter staff is really horrible and impatient when I have some queries on the handling of the cake when I reached home.
Subsequently, she just tilted the entire box 90 degree to put it into the bag. I was like seriously is this how you handle your customer's cake. My cake was smashed to one side of the box when I reached home.
Lastly, she didn't even put in plastic knife, candles and etc until the other staff actually ask her to.
I don't think I will ever come back again and will definitely share this experience to my family and friends.

poor attitude from collection front counter..no freezer pack provided just a cake box and knife and paper carrier. cake also full of dry sponge on top and in layers on the cake. charge people almost $50 bucks for mostly sponge? my guests reported that durian flavour is quite light as well. really disappointed. I might as well bake myself next time lor. why go thru the hassle of buying from this shop pickup location so ulu as well. In the middle of industrial estate in tai seng. Got no steps to the shop and have to walk up this crude path. Seriously WTF. will avoid in future.
