Unfortunately, our experience at this cat cafe was very disappointing. One of the blonde female staff members was extremely rude, not only to us but also to other customers and even to children. Her attitude was unwelcoming and made the whole experience uncomfortable. If you work in a place where people come to interact with animals, especially with their children, patience and kindness should be a basic requirement. The place itself was also very smelly and did not seem to be well maintained. You could clearly smell the cats and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the space left a lot to be desired. For a cat cafe, proper cleaning, ventilation, and maintenance should be a priority for both the animals and the customers. What made the experience worse was that my daughter was scratched by one of the cats during our visit. I understand that cats can scratch when they feel stressed, scared, or overstimulated, and I’m not blaming the cat for reacting naturally. However, the overall environment and the way the cats were being handled made me concerned about their well-being. I have a cat myself, so I understand that cats have different personalities and boundaries. But I also believe that the behavior and energy of their caretakers can affect the animals they care for. Animals can pick up on the environment around them, and the cats here seemed stressed and uncomfortable. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously. The staff’s behavior, the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, and the welfare of the cats all need significant improvement. Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$50–100

We had the absolute best time here. The cats are so well taken care of by the staff. On the day we visited, they were celebrating the birthday of one of the cats, and made it a mock cat friendly McDonalds meal! How cute is that? The price of admission is also very reasonable and includes free hot coffee and tea, and you get to support a great cause at the same time. They have helped many cats get homes. I would highly recommend you show some support and pay a visit, the team and the cats will thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

the cats were loving the treats they served for the cheap $6.0 but the food wasn't halal,there was a cat and he is a Lil mad all the time. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$50–100 Vegetarian options: none really. Dietary restrictions: the diet system is how they show they care about the cats. Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free parking lot Kid-friendliness: the kids there are usually well mannered Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not sure about wheelchairs but the doors and place r suitable for the hand decapitated,not sure about the staff allowing it
