Went there for the first time, location were easy to find within 10-15 mins walk form hougang MRT. They have a wide range of seafood varieties and staff were friendly, will come again!

Company with deplorable customer service! Your customer service called on Tuesday and promised to send the purchase today 1-6pm. However, till 6pm the purchase was not delivered and I called the customer service picked up by a lady called Jaslynn. She was impatient and quick to repeatedly point out that she has knocked off from work and wouldn't entertain my queries, brushing this incident as a mere inconvenience. I would like you to know waiting for 5 hours for a broken promise is not mere inconvenience ... but your irresponsibility have practically ruin our cooking plans for a mid autumn festival dinner. Totally irresponsible of your company to brush me off and even cutting off my line when I tried to seek further arrangement so that we can carry on with our mid autumn dinner plans. Yes indeed, you keep repeating you have knock off from work but a responsible company will do all it can to keep a promise to customers and not harp on the fact you have knocked off.
