Tried the tasting menu at Caviar Cafe by Nai Lert — a fine dining concept pairing caviar with Thai local ingredients. Every course included caviar but still let the main ingredients stand out naturally. *Seafood starters: -Surat Thani blue crab pearl -Hokkaido scallop ceviche with pomelo and passion fruit * Richer courses: -Unagi with foie gras -Fish chowder with Mazara shrimp and scallops -Seared A5 Iwate wagyu with toasted shokupan and truffle mayonnaise * They use premium imported caviar like: * Kaviari Kristal (Paris) * N25 caviar Both had a clean buttery texture, subtle nuttiness, and softer salinity that paired well with Thai fruits and seafood. * Dessert was memorable: First dessert: -Passion fruit/ Pineapple/Crisp layer Second dessert: -Burnt honey/ Croissant/ Ice cream/ Extra virgin olive oil/ Caviar * Also tried the famous Caviar Tart (Tsar-Cut Salmon flavor) * Crisp buttery tart shell * Creamy salmon and caviar filling * Very easy to finish quickly * Restaurant atmosphere: -Counter-style seating with open kitchen -More interactive and casual than traditional fine dining -Staff were attentive, though service occasionally felt slightly nervous due to the fully open setup * Drinks: -Pairing options felt limited unless ordering full bottles -Wine by the glass available from Ma Maison next door, but selection was fairly simple * Overall: -A more approachable way to experience caviar-focused dining in Bangkok -Great for people who enjoy premium ingredient tasting menus -Expensive, but the concept feels unique Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Counter top style with open kitchen that serves the best caviar added food ever. We tried the course menu and it was amazing. First off we ordered the kaviari caviar appetizer that comes with pancake and seasoning the quality is superb just by the add ons and how they make the pancakes already. First off is scallop with pomelo and passion fruit absolutely refreshing and awakening for a starter. Followed by blue crab pearl yuzu foam so pretty and yet still so refreshing but not as strong as first one. The foie gras with fig is not greasy and super well cooked with yummy fig and sauce to blend in which makes it delicious like dessert. My favorite is soba with lobster the lobster is so fresh and the soba is so delightful. The wagyu on toast they use iwate beef super soft and juicy. All dishes go so well with the caviar. The prices are really worth it. One thing to note is the staffs and chefs are so lovely and friendly and enjoy what they do.
