I queued for 10 minutes just to order a whole cake, only to be shocked that the shop has no inventory system to track how many whole cakes are available. The staff told me I had to wait another 10 minutes while they went to check if they had stock. For an established brand like Cedele, shouldn’t it be standard procedure to know immediately whether items are available? The staff seemed clueless, the queue was messy, and the overall experience ruined the reputation I once associated with Cedele. In the end, I left without buying and went to Awfully Chocolate instead, where the process was smooth and professional. If i can, it will be zero stars... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Carey, the shift manager is truly amazing! She helped me resolve a membership issue when all other personnel couldn't. She actually followed through the problem I was having when all others didn't know what to do. Really appreciate her persistence, responsibility and cheerful disposition! I had a wonderful experience here, all thanks to Belle! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond by giving me fantastic recommendations on which cake to choose.
