This if for Corporate Office. There is no review option for corporate so I am reviewing it under my favourite Cedele cafe. The mark of good customer service goes far beyond politeness and efficiency. The real test is when things go wrong. And Cedele was splendid. I had to delay collection of my cake, which they agreed to. Then I had to bring it forward, which they helped to arrange. Then, due to an urgent matter, I had to delay the collection at the last minute. My fault, my problem, yet Cedele did all they could to help. They made it happen. This is exemplary customer service. Thank you Team Cedele. And for the team at Park Suites, warm and helpful service from Siti and Anne every single time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My favourite hangout place while waiting for my kid’s dismissal from school. Siti and Carey provide excellent service. Very personalised, and they go all out to cater to our dietary requirements and requested changes to the menu. It’s hard to find service this good in SG. Food is tasty too and ambience is relaxing and very clean. Thank you Siti, Carey and the kitchen team! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
