First venture with Cedilla. Originally wanted to try for dinner and just seeing the new dining room on 15/F opened so we come for lunch instead. Menu at $170 as a 3-course is a great deal. Even the price is super friendly, you don’t see the food quality and portion compromise. The brioche comes in high standard together with homemade butter. Onion soup is filling with the crunchy becon bites adding the texture. I ordered pâté for starter and love the salad, pickled cabbage that refresh the taste! Fish on the day as main is outstanding - crispy skin, fish still remaining hot despite I ate quite slow. It finished with the special ice cream in Shaoxing wine flavor as a closure. We also joined the wine pairing for 3 glasses of wine from Savoie to complete the experience. Staff is very friendly, deco is great. Looking forward to trying Tasting menu at 12/F next time !
