Bought a few scoops of gelato through ClassPass before they expired. I arrived at the store before 9:30pm and redeemed one cone. After collecting it, I asked if there was a way to pack the remaining scoops into cups to bring home since I had already paid for them. The staff’s immediate response was that they were already closed for the day, even though the stated operating hours on Google are 10am–10pm. It felt like the priority was to wrap up and close earlier than posted business hours. If the store closes at 10pm, customers who arrive before then should still be able to order and be served. I also noticed two customers walked in before 10pm and left almost immediately afterwards. Staff shift ending time should be after the published closing time, not before. If the staff needs 30 mins to close, the shift should end at 10:30pm, not 10pm. I guess the published operating hours should be 10am to 9:30pm instead. Please update the operating hours on Google if the store stops serving customers earlier than stated. I have a total of 4 unredeemed premium cups and 2 unredeemed premium cones.

We had the pistachio and forest berries gelato, and both flavours were really enjoyable without being overly sweet. It gave the feeling of traditional gelato you might come across in Italy, where each flavour is kept in individual sealed containers to preserve freshness. The pistachio gelato was rich, creamy, and full of flavour with a satisfying nutty taste. The forest berries was sweet with a slight tangy finish, containing tiny bits of berries that made it feel fresh and refreshing. Both flavours complemented each other beautifully — one rich and indulgent, the other light and fruity. A very satisfying treat that felt authentic and thoughtfully made.

I was impressed by the quality of the Gelato at Celine's Gelato. I had Rum and Raisin and Matcha Red Bean. Both are my favourite flavours and Celine's certainly didn't disappoint!!! When biting into the raisin; I can taste the rum, it is just so good. As for the Matcha Red Bean, the Matcha is thick and I can feel it. A must!!!
