Nightmare would be appropriate word to sum up my stay. We got bed bug bites all over our body and its super itchy. The room needs quick repairs but the hotel did not seem to care....like door jamp was broken so security was a concern. Bathroom needs deep cleaning....หนอนฝุ่นเพียบ! Service: 1

The only thing that I like is the air conditioner but the others are not accept at the Centara Q quality, which is not well maintain, the personal use like toothbrushes + cutton but etc. are no provided the maid said guest has to request and it’s very funny for 4 stars hotel- The room finishing like wall ceiling got crack and dirty marks on them.- At the balcony, there have rust on a steel bar and the light cover on the ceiling.- The bathroom, We can not adjust the hot and cool water. The bottle of shower gel and shampoo bottle very difficult to pump.Also the ceiling is dirty spot.- The toilet is not function, even tree time flushing can not finish it.- On the bed they have yellow mark on the blanket so disgusting with Centare Q resort rayong.
