Phuket is not a cheap place, specially not Bangtao, but there are definitely some local shops that have no aircon, no clean filtered water and the kitchen is in the back of the garage ! There are many people have problems with food poisoning and diarrhea! If you read the menu we have all prices listed and you don’t have to buy anything or just be our guest! The service charge includes the taxes we have to pay to the government is also listed on the menu , same as all other countries ! I am sorry that you think this must be a tourist trap!
