Very modern and spacious shopping mall in Krabi with many international and local brands. The mall is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options including the cinema. Great place to escape the heat, relax, shop, and enjoy food with family or friends. The atmosphere feels new and well organized, and parking is convenient too. Definitely worth visiting when in Krabi.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience at your store good good during my recent visit. During our purchase, your in-store staff informed us that we would be entitled to receive a free gift upon spending 2,500 Baht. Based on this information, we proceeded with the purchase in good faith. However, after completing the transaction and attempting to follow the redemption process by scanning the provided QR code, we were unable to receive the OTP required to proceed. When we sought assistance from your staff, we were attended by a staff member named Sutisa. Unfortunately, instead of providing support or an alternative solution, she refused to assist us and clearly stated that she would not give us the free gift. Her response was not only unhelpful but also delivered in a very rude and dismissive manner. This experience was extremely disappointing, as the promotion influenced our purchase decision, yet it was not honored. Additionally, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service is concerning and does not reflect well on your brand. I kindly request that you investigate this matter, particularly the conduct of the staff involved, and provide a proper explanation as well as a resolution to this issue. I hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen to other customers in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
