The hostel is good, but as the name says, it is more of a family hostel. If you are coming mainly for social activities or hostel vibes, you can skip this one. The beds are very comfortable with a good layout. They also have a swimming pool, which is really nice because you don’t often find a pool in hostels. The location is very good. It is very close to Pai bus station and the night market, both are at walking distance. The bathrooms are clean, but one downside is that housekeeping staff is only available during the daytime. By evening or night, sometimes the bathrooms can be dirty because some guests are not responsible. The hostel staff could keep better checks on this. Overall, everything else about the hostel is good. Service: 4

FYI most hotel/hostel services end at 17:00 after the maids have cleaned up the halls, stairwells, hostel, family rooms, bathrooms and changed bedding for their guests. Clean showers are our guests responsibility once our maid service ends. Be happy we have hot water and complementary soap and shampoo!

I had a wonderful stay at this inn and really enjoyed the restaurant as well. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the place is comfortable, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. I would like to thank the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism — everyone made me feel very welcome. A special thank you to Earth at the bar, who is incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. She truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would be very happy to come back. Service: 5

"Food, drinks, and alcohol are not permitted to be brought into the hostel." Stayed for several nights in December 2025 in a lower bunk in a 12-person room on the 3rd floor. Pros... - Staff are helpful and friendly. - There is a locker inside the bed where you can store large luggage. There are also two lights. - Room has a water dispenser, kettle, and free coffee. - Room is spacious. Cons... - There is no shared space. - Food, drinks, and alcohol are not permitted to be brought into the hostel. Others... - Room has two toilets, two showers, three sinks, and one hair dryer. Separate toilets are also available on the floor. - No shoes allowed inside the room. - Elevator. - Towel deposit: 300B. - WiFi 8.3Mbps in the bed at 21:00.
