• A quality ramen restaurant located inside Central Department Store. The overall experience is good. The signature dish is Tonkotsu Ramen. • Today I tried a fusion dish — Thai-style beef soup ramen which turned out surprisingly good. • One small comment is that the gyoza pieces are a bit too tiny. I went to Chabuton Ramen @central ladprao, and it was a noodle nirvana! I came ready for some seriously slurp-worthy ramen, and it was a bowl of pure happiness! I visited this place craving some authentic Japanese ramen, and it was like the ramen gods smiled upon me! From the rich and flavorful broth that warmed my soul to the perfectly cooked noodles that had just the right amount of chew and the tender pork that practically melted in my mouth, it was a ramen revelation! I felt like I should have brought a tiny ramen-slurping trophy, because I was definitely a champion that day! However, let’s be real – even for a ramen fanatic like myself, a place that smells this good can sometimes feel a bit like a real-life game of "how many bowls can I eat before I turn into a giant noodle?" And while the ramen was undeniably amazing, my stomach definitely felt like it was auditioning for a sumo wrestling competition afterwards. Overall, if you're looking for an authentic and delicious ramen experience that'll have you saying "oishii!" (delicious!) with every slurp, Chabuton Ramen @central ladprao is a must-try! It's rich, it's flavorful, and you're guaranteed to leave with a happy (and very full) belly. I came away feeling completely satisfied, even if I sometimes felt like I was participating in a synchronized noodle-slurping symphony with a hundred other happy diners. Just remember to bring your appetite, your love for all things ramen, and maybe a friend to share the noodle-love!
