こちら、タイでも成功されてる日本のラーメンとのことで伺いました。他の日系ラーメンの麺は日本で食べる麺とは違うことが多いが、ここの麺は日本で食べてる麺と違和感なかったです。 また勘定が最初からVAT込みで、分かりやすく好感がもてました。. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–100

I’ve eaten at Hachiban Ramen before and I really like their food. The taste is good, and the prices are affordable—definitely great value for money. Today, however, I had a disappointing experience that left me feeling sad and embarrassed. I went to the Terminal 21 branch planning to eat, and I asked the staff if I could charge my phone (I had my own charger and just needed a plug). My phone was at 1%, and I needed it to make a mobile payment. Unfortunately, the staff declined. I understand that not every restaurant offers this kind of service, and I respect their rules. But these days, when most people rely on phones for payment, a little human understanding would go a long way. I even went outside to look for a place to charge, but I noticed other nearby restaurants were more willing to help. That’s when I decided not to dine at Hachiban and returned just to collect my things. What really bothered me was when they asked if I could pay first, even though I had already explained my phone was almost dead. I didn’t even eat anything yet. I just felt embarrassed and disappointed in how the situation was handled. I still like Hachiban’s food and I’m not writing this to criticize the restaurant itself. But I hope the staff can show a bit more kindness and understanding in situations like this—especially in today’s cashless world, where a small gesture like letting someone charge their phone can make a big difference.
