全て最悪。取り分け店員の態度。注文忘れてたし、写真に載ってたスペシャルセットの写真には、半熟卵乗ってるのに「このラーメンには卵乗ってないので別注文です。」と言われた。それは写真詐欺って言うんですよ. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

(1 star) Very disappointing experience at Chabuton Ramen. We came for dinner because and we wanted to have the Buy One Get One Free promotion. There were two of us, but we were told that the offer only works if one ramen is eaten in the restaurant and the free one must be taken away. This makes absolutely no sense for customers dining together. What are we supposed to do—one person eats while the other watches, and then eats later at home? This kind of promotion is misleading and poorly thought out. We left immediately without eating. Very bad customer experience. Not recommended. Meal type: Other Service: 1
