Have you ever wanted to know the secrets to making good ramen and gyoza? Well, now you can. This class taught me how to make kaeshi, dashi and tori, the main ingredients for the broth. You also learn how to make gyōza dumplings and the right way to cook them. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to experience authentic Japanese cooking and kitchen techniques. Our instructor, Ken, was very knowledgeable and made the class fun and enjoyable.
