チェックイン対応以外 オーナー不在でモヤモヤ 困りごとはラインで返事がかえってくるのおそい なにかあれば近所に住んでるとのこと チェックアウトもこの時間でと予約してあるのにいないからデポジット返金されないとホテル出れない 時間にルーズです バスルームは共同 脱衣場はない 備品が置いてあるひろい場所に鍵かけられるけど録画されてるから注意 トイレシャワー一緒だから使われたら待つしかない 一階のトイレは従業員専用 2階廊下は監視カメラなし 荷物を預けたい時はキッチンの地べたに置く 水はタンクからもらう 出入りはカードかざす デポジット400バーツ 煙草吸いたい時は外のみ 冷蔵庫の中フリー 夜中12時過ぎたら徐々に静かになる 朝6時でも静かで過ごしやすい 夕方から爆音始まる タクシー バイタク 捕まりやすい ブッキング＆クレジットのほうが安いが3泊することで現金払い400バーツで泊まれた 頭上に扇風機 弱でもうるさい クーラー カード抜くと意味ない 物干しラックの耐久性が悪く濡れた服一式干したら壁ごと剥がれ落ちてなにもなかったように直しておいた

Where to begin? In 14 years of traveling internationally, Chaiyee Coffee must be the worst experience I have had at a guesthouse. The owner of Chaiyee Coffee would not stop harassing me in person and over the phone, so I actually had to ask the police to get involved and facilitate me packing and safely leaving the place. - [ ] Luckily, most guests do not have to deal with the landlord as it is a self-check in place. Unfortunately, one of the rooms I booked started rattling like the engine room on a boat for hours on our first night! It was so loud and shaky from some machine next door, and since it kept going, I had to contact the landlord. He contacted the place next door and basically said, you’ll just have to wait until they close next door. He wanted us to wait it out. It wasn’t until my friend who was staying in the room got upset that the owner agreed to move us to a quiet room downstairs. However, after we agreed to change rooms, the landlord kept contacting me and asking to talk more. I decided to leave right away and asked the police to come to facilitate communications with the landlord who became aggressive when I didn’t want to talk more about it. The police officer was very nice and reassured me that the owner would give me a full refund. However, since leaving and contacting the owner through bookings and customer support, no refund has been made. I do not recommend taking the risk on this place. There are so so many great accommodation options, and great budget options, in Chiang Mai (I have been here about 10 times). Please don’t waste your money or time here. Also, the rooms have bad lighting and no windows. Not a nice setting. Service: 1

It is very revealing how you conveniently left out the pivotal part of the issue where you started aggressively banging on the walls and deliberately slamming doors, not to mention the disturbance you caused to other guests sharing the property with the shouting in the corridor completely unprovoked, basically breaking house rules. This is caught on cctv. The police were called by the property (not by you)to supervise the removal of rule breakers from said property for the safety and well-being of other guests after your flat out refusal and evasion to take accountability for your own actions even after repeated attempts by the host to address the matter. Your deliberate attempt to twist reality by omitting crucial details in order to suit a certain narrative is very telling of your character. Kindly go spew your nonsense elsewhere and seek out mental help if necessary.

The café/burger restaurant next door creates extreme noise and vibration in some rooms (like a loud boom box + commercial fan/generator). At least two rooms felt unliveable because of it—possibly newer issue if the restaurant opened recently. Rooms have no windows and shared bathrooms with limited privacy. When we complained, the owner became aggressive and asked us to leave. My partner felt threatened when alone with him and had to call the police. We had to switch rooms twice. Police presence helped de-escalate, but it ruined our stay. Avoid if sensitive to noise. Service: 1
