The dishes were exceptionally flavorful, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The deep-fried soft-shell crab with garlic and pepper featured generously sized pieces, perfectly seasoned with a well-balanced taste. The squid with roe stir-fried in black sauce was equally impressive, with tender, silky squid complemented by finely sliced garlic, making it an excellent pairing with rice. A must-not-miss dish was the seafood papaya salad, which delivered a harmonious balance of sweet and sour flavors.
