We stopped by for a coffee after visiting the Baandam Museum. It’s a lovely, peaceful cafe and yard, and the coffee was just what we needed. Wonderful pick-me-up in a long touristy day! Take a moment to relax in the courtyard. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Staff and owner very nice. The coffee beans, however are extremely average. I was happy to know that the beans were from Chiang Rai, but our espresso and latte were unexceptional. It’s the coffee beans. Flavor was just a step up from nescafe, which is quite disappointing to anyone who loves coffee. Nanglae Coffee House next to the Black House has the excellent coffee in Nang Lae, and the excellent beans.
