情報の誤りを報告する
Ordered the prime boneless short rib at $52 (one of the pricier beef item) and the meat was slightly hard and filled with tendons (hard to bite through) after it was cooked and served by the staff.
Next up was the fresh pork belly at $27. It was cut so thin and was over-cooked by the staff that it tasted like pork jerky. We could not stomach more than half the serving and it was the worse pork belly BBQ I’ve ever had.
We then decided to cook the pork jawl on our own and it was better. However the quality of the meat is really average. I get a better-marbled piece of pork jawl from NTUC.
This experience really spoilt my evening and is by far the worst Korean BBQ I’ve had.
