Hands down my favourite meal this trip in Bangkok and Rayong. Each dish was tasty and you can taste the layers of flavour in it. The tartlets had a good balance of salty and creamy with hints of lemongrass and cashew bits in it. The stir fried local vegetables was a delightful mix of interesting vegetables like mini lotus root, mushrooms, black fungus and winged beans. It was very clean tasting but you can taste the wok hey in the sauce and toasty notes of sesame oil. The red curry was smooth and rich with flavours. The fish was super well cooked, still juicy and succulent. I wish the curry was spicier though. It was more sweet-ish to me.
