Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at the authentic Taiwanese restaurant, Chan．Taiwan Cuisine, located in Wan Chai. The culinary experience was exceptional, and the prices were remarkably reasonable. Here's a highlight of the dishes we enjoyed: 府城蝦卷 (Tainan Shrimp Rolls) These delectable shrimp rolls were a perfect balance of crispy texture and succulent shrimp, bringing a taste of Tainan to our palates. 饞三寶 - 鹽酥雞滷肉飯 (Fried Popcorn Chicken with Minced Pork Rice) The crispy fried popcorn chicken paired with flavorful minced pork rice created a satisfying combination that showcased the essence of Taiwanese street food. 台灣牛肉麵 (Beef Noodle Soup) The hearty beef noodle soup impressed us with its rich broth, tender beef, and perfectly cooked noodles. It was a comforting and authentic Taiwanese delight. 凍三寶奶茶 (Sambo Milk Tea) with 珍珠、仙草、椰果 (Pearl, Grass Jelly, Coconut Jelly) This refreshing milk tea with a delightful combination of pearls, grass jelly, and coconut jelly provided a sweet and satisfying beverage to accompany our meal. To complete our dining experience, we enjoyed the 熱桂圓紅棗茶 (Red Dates Tea with Longan) , a warm and comforting tea that left us feeling content and refreshed. The total cost for our meal came to $219 for two, excluding the 10% service charge. Chan．Taiwan Cuisine in Wan Chai truly impressed us with its authentic Taiwanese flavors, reasonable prices, and welcoming ambiance.
