Large dining space and good variety of menu items. We enjoyed the Chee Chong Fun best. Quite disappointed with the xo carrot cake as there wasn’t much xo flavor, neither the carrot cake was pan fry to crisp. The XLB can be skipped too as the skin was way too thick.

Team lunch for 7 at Chao yue xuan dim sum. There is a lunch menu but with limited choices so we pick ala carte Instead. Dim sum are fresh and piping hot. We find the location abit too open. Other than that we enjoyed and definitely will be back. There is a special pear shaped item which I find it amusing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
