Chaoran is an excellent choice for fine dining in Busan. Located in the luxurious Signiel Hotel, this restaurant is a Michelin guide winner and it clearly shows. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, but has a flare of old world Asian class. I thought the decor looked great. Service was superb in all aspects, our waitresses were amazing and accommodated a large group of us. All the dishes that were brought out were beautiful and delicious. We really had a great experience, and I highly recommend Chaoran! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was delicious, especially the chicken in sweet and sour sauce. The service was truly top-tier, exactly what you would expect from a restaurant with such high ratings. A special thanks to Tia Cha — she represented hospitality in the most graceful way. Her warmth, professionalism, and charming energy made the whole evening feel even more memorable. At some point, I couldn’t tell whether I was more impressed by the restaurant itself or by the atmosphere she created around it. This place is genuinely excellent. Everything was perfect.
