My lava chocolate cake was served collapsed and over baked. When I asked if this should be presented this way, I was told that they can bring the frozen one for me to take pictures.

Visited on 10 May 2015, on Mother's Day. Staff is friendly and flexible with table arrangements when we visited with my less mobile dad on a wheelchair. Food tasted good & portion size is reasonable, though the chef forgot about one main course dish which my table ordered as it came really late compared to the rest of the items ordered, making my brother wait for his meal when the rest was almost finished with our food. A tip for those who wish to change your side dish of your main course - don't ever switch your fries for mashed potato, as the portion of mashdd potatoes is so pathetic that isn't worth it! The cafe management should submit and indicate explicitly regarding the validity and T&Cs of your Promotions (Student Promotion, Periodic Promotions etc) with OneKM Mall management as what was printed on the OneKM flyer for this cafe is often misleading. Other merchants in OneKM Mall running promotions took the effort to indicate their T&Cs, so I don't see why Charlie Brown Cafe can't. Good thing is that the manager agreed to extend a 10% discount to my table after I verbally feedback to them regarding this.
