New Charlie Chaplin Bar Hua Hin on Soi 88 is quite nice, and a lot bigger than before, with more comfy sitting places, an excellent pool table and the ownership is the same as before. Just quite an upgrade and it's promising for the longevity, events, accommodation, food, roof top lounge and more. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
