The classic burger is well-balanced and delicious. The burger is not too salty, not too greasy, and the balance is good. Comparatively, Charlie's Burger was a bit out of line for my personal taste. Cheese was added and the sauce changed... The addition of cheese made it a bit greasy compared to the classic burger, and the sauce wasn't my taste either.
