Finding Chart Coffee (Central Market) up on the second floor of Central Market was such a highlight of my trip. The design is super sleek, minimal, and open, blending perfectly with the revitalized, industrial-chic vibe of the historic building. They take their craft seriously here—the barista walked me through their beans, and the pour-over I got was beautifully clean and full of flavor. It’s a bit more of a grab-and-go setup, but there are plenty of communal spaces nearby to sit down and sip. If you are a true coffee nerd exploring Central, this spot is an absolute must!
