If you're searching for a beautiful café in Anseong, Chat Baker is the place to go. With a spacious, sunlit interior and calming atmosphere, it’s perfect for enjoying a peaceful brunch, meeting with friends, or simply relaxing with a good cup of coffee. Their freshly baked breads are all handmade every morning, and you can really taste the care in every bite. I loved the salt bread and the custard cream butter toast — both are rich, satisfying, and absolutely delicious. The coffee is smooth and bold, clearly crafted by skilled baristas who care about quality. They’ve also recently launched a weekday brunch menu, and the truffle mushroom risotto and spicy seafood pasta were both flavorful and beautifully plated. Portion sizes are generous, and everything feels thoughtfully made. Whether you’re on a date, visiting with family, or just want a cozy spot to unwind, Chat Baker is easily one of the best Anseong bakery cafés. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!
