Today around 5.30pm, I go to Nex outlet to buy some cakes. At the cashier, I was ask if I needed a bag so I say no because I already have one. After paying, I open my plastic bag thinking the staff will help me to put in but she stare at me instead of helping. Then I ask if she could help so she do it. I don’t feel comfortable when she serving me also not helpful and friendly at all. I know she know I need help but just wait for me to ask her. Such a bad service and attitude. She’s young and wear glasses

Standard has been declining. Bought their top seller fresh strawberry cream cake and th cake was soggy and not fresh. Saw the expiry date sticker which is 2 days away. Expensive and poor quality. Not buying from here anymore.

Does not provide the premium cakes that the high prices imply. Rather normal cakes. Will not purchase in future. “Happy Birthday” chocolate piece are provided Similarly with candles and knife Decent Taste, but Very Expensive $62 for 1.29kg Cake. 20cm Whole Cake Strawberry Fillings. Fruits Topping $47 for 1.13 kg cake. 17cm Whole Cake White Zebra (i.e. internal layers of Crepe) Fruits Topping. Disliked Taste of Crepe
