営業時間が22時までと書いてありましたが、クリスマスの21:45にお店に行ったら柵が立てかけられてあり閉店のようでした。見た所まだケーキがありましたが、この特別な日に早く閉めるというのはいかがなものでしょうか？

Firstly, chateraise price is really good and their cakes are really worth too, but my issue was how my situation was handled I bought 2 cakes, one i collected the next day and another preordered, I wanted to cancel the preorder cake on the same day I got it and called 10 times to their number but none of my calls went through. I checked online and they said as long as I dont cancel 1-2 days before i can get my refund. So I went down to collect my first cake and wanted to ask to refund the cake because i didnt need it anymore, and it was more than a week before I collected the cake, but I was told theres nothing I can do about it since it was past transaction date... I called 10 times. From 5pm to closing, but its always user busy. The staff told me it was because singtel was down, and the only solution was to swap the cake cost for other items in the store. But I didnt want or need the other items, and i understand their situation but I cant help but get frustrated. I also felt the situation could have been handled better. Please fix the singtel so this doesnt happen again..
