Today we were served beef noodles with a highly suspected “recycled” piece of carrot that clearly had bite marks on it and was leftover food from a previous customer. I took photos and videos and threatened to report to relative food and safety authorities; we felt disgusted and left without eating. They obviously didn't charge us. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
