I love the atmosphere here, quiet and cozy. The food and coffee are very high quality! We would love to visit again.

We were given goat cheese from the counter which when we unwrapped at home was covered in mouldy spores. They would have seen it had gone off when wrapping it up and we suspect were trying to get away with it. When we phoned to complain, they knew straight away what we were referring to and said it was the previous shipment and had gone past its date. I have requested a full refund and hope that it is honoured.

Thank you James and Anne’s feedback. You are welcome to write on Google about your experience with our store but please don’t twist the story. We already had a conversation on the phone yesterday and we apologised for the mistake we made. From our cooling counter we took by mistake the display one instead of the new one. Of course, we will give you a fresh one if you return the display one. Don’t throw it because it is still good to eat. The mold on top of some cheeses is easy to remove and is part of aging some cheeses. (We do cheese workshops to give our customers a chance to learn more about cheese). You mentioned that you live too far away to return it, no problem we will refund to you, please check your WhatsApp message from us and we will make further arrangements. Thank you.

Cheese From Far is a hidden gem in Sai Kung. Selling a variety of specialty cheeses and other cheese-themed food, there is everything here a cheese lover would want (and possibly a bit more!) On our visit, we tried their grilled blue cheese sandwich, which was made using sourdough bread, apple butter and really good blue cheese. Perfectly grilled and perfectly tangy! However, the standout item for us was the "cheesyccino" - a cappuccino served with shredded Norwegian cheese (which was made using caramelized milk). It was an incredibly warm and comforting drink which tasted slightly like salted caramel coffee. Would definitely visit this place again! (10/10)
