As the name suggests, Cheese Room is literal heaven for all the cheese lovers out there. What I really appreciate about this restaurant is that it isn’t your typical Italian pasta place that explodes each dish with a kilo of cheese . Instead, they offer a unique twist by subtly fusing western and Korean cuisine together to fit the Asian palette while still spotlighting the flavours of each cheese to remain centre stage. For instance, they served complimentary kimchi (non-spicy type) as a side to go with the pasta, which ensured that the dish wasn’t too cheesy and overwhelming. It was a nice and refreshing touch to the overall experience. Of the dishes that we ordered, my favourite was the truffle paccheri pasta, as the pasta was perfectly al dente and creamy. If you have the stomach for dessert, I recommend getting their signature basque cheesecake, an ooey gooey masterpiece made almost entirely out of cheese For more reviews: @whatssizzlinn
