what i got: ️ they were SUPERR generous with the portions and they tasted really good too! the meats were tender and not gamey at all the sauerkraut fish came in a hugeeee bowl with lots of ingredients like noodles, bean sprouts and literally sososoo much fish making ur money worth it !!! my favourite dishes were probably the salted egg pumpkin that was SO ADDICTIVE and CRISPY~ the salted egg taste wasn’t too strong so it didn’t get too jelak either, as well as the brown sugar rice cake that was served hot and crisp and had the perfect chewy texture! just felt that the brown sugar sauce was abit too watered down but i found the rice cake to be good on its own Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chef China 华厨101 Beach Rd #01-01, Singapore 189703 11am to 4am dailyFeaturing Singapore 1st Space Theme Chinese Cuisine Restaurant, @chef_china_sg serves authentic Sichuan cuisines by chefs with decades of experience till 4am daily and is within walking distance from Bugis MRT. I was blown away by the clean and spacious restaurant with gigantic space theme LED light walls and even a Space capsule housed at the entrance of the restaurant. Don't miss the chance to request an unforgettable teleport to "outer space" via the LED show in the Space capsule during your visit!Dishes we have tried: Fish with Green Pepper Soup $32.80: My favourite! Loved the flavourful soup which was peppery and mild spicy served in a unique Hotpot. The fish and assorted vegetables were served separately and you could enjoy the "steamboat" at your own pace. The fish was fresh, chunky and well handled and there was no need to worry about fish scales which I truly appreciate. Recommended dish!Teppan Farm Spoon Soft Tofu $15.80: Layers of perfectly fried tofu piled on top of each other and topped with flavourful minced meat sauce. I was impressed with how soft and eggy the inside of the tofu were. Impressed with the execution of this dish! I think I can down 2 bowls of rice with the sauce. Grilled Mutton Ribs $17.80 & Assorted BBQ skewers (Pork Belly, Beef Tendon and Chicken) $1.20 onwards a stick: The meat were tender and well marinated with their secret recipe of spices. I especially enjoyed the perfectly grilled mutton ribs which were really delicious with the tender meat falling off the bone with every bite! Spicy green pepper with Boneless Duck Feet $9.80Glad to learn of this restaurant which serves awesome Sichuan cuisines with interesting Space Theme interior. Definitely a great supper spot to hang out with friends.
